Our NC Punching uses the state of the art equipment. NC Punch produces a complete flat part using a sequence of integrated punch tools. Various components for an assembly or other parts can be nested together to achieve the optimum material and machine outputs reducing scrap and cycle time thus reducing cost and turn around time. Materials punched are stainless steel, cold rolled steel, aluminum, copper, brass, and plastic sheets. It can handle materials in the range of 28 gauge through 7 gauge.
